Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek was born in the United States. Her most well-known role is portraying Tiffany Wilson on the 2004 comedy White Chicks Danielle Brooks as Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox House, as Lura Grant on HBO's Big Love series and Francine Hanson on AMC's Mad Men. The most well-known character played by Anne Dudek is that of Tiffany Wilson, in the 2004 movie White Chicks. Her other roles include as The Dr. Amber Volakis of Fox's House and Danielle Brookson of USA Networks Covert Affairs. Born and raised in Massachusetts Dudek attended Northwestern University where she got her first acting role in the theatrical show The Iphigenia Cycle. The show was performed off Broadway, in New York City. There she received the Joseph E. CALLOWAY award for her outstanding performance. American Theater Magazine featured her as among the most talented young actors to watch. Dudek landed roles both on the big screen and television. The talented actress, and mother of two children on the screen, was a bride from 2008 to 2016, to Matthew Heller. Dudek was born at Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and was raised in Newton. When she was a child she attended Northwestern University where she performed in a variety of theatre productions. Dudek also made her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain (2000). Her role on stage in The Glass Menagerie earned her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group in Britain was her debut appearance on TV. She has also guest starred on other television programs including Desperate, Housewives, How I Met Your Mother and Friends Charmed Bones. The pilot episode of the show, Lucinda was portrayed by her. In the following episode, the show Law & Order Criminal Intent she played a teacher who has a sexual affair with a young child. Dudek then landed a recurring part in House beginning in its fourth season, playing Amber Volakis one of the doctors who are who are being considered for consideration by Dr. Gregory House for permanent positions on his team. Amber Volakis' character kept appearing throughout the series, until it was killed off at the conclusion of House's Heart. The character would be re-introduced as a hallucination in the fifth-season episode House in the fifth-season episode Saviors after which she appeared in the same way for the rest of the series. Dudek later appeared in Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson, and also on Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wife, both in frequently appearing role. Dudek played the role of a woman in Covert Affairs, portraying Danielle Brooks as the sister of central character. Dudek has also been seen in films playing the part of cruise-line heir Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy White Chicks and also played Anthony Hopkins's daughter in The Human Stain.
